New Luxury Brand ‘Sennes’ Makes Debut During Milan Fashion Week

From the House of Senco, the brand celebrates cultured diamonds, handcrafted bags, and perfumes.

Sennes marked its debut at Milan Fashion Week with glamorous jewellery.

The holy grail of luxury lies in the lap of glistening diamonds, exotic perfumes, and handcrafted bags. And celebrating this delightful trifecta is a new luxury brand, Sennes from The House of Senco, that marries Indian heritage and craftsmanship with global aesthetics. In fact, this special brand witnessed its launch during the recently-held Milano Fashion Week at Amy D Arte Spazio, Via Lovanio, where global industry leaders, connoisseurs, and content creators from India were in attendance.

Based on the philosophy of handcrafted luxury that is rooted in style and sustainability, Sennes pays attention to every detail like a work of art. The ethos of the brand is a global approach, “where luxury transcends boundaries”, and every product is meticulously crafted by master artisans. Jewellery is, naturally, at the heart of the brand, based on the decades-long legacy of the House of Senco, the jewellery brand that has turned its keen on rich craftsmanship.

At Sennes, ethically-sourced, cultured diamond creations have been crafted with a vision of offering new-age luxury with an eco-conscious approach. And keeping both quality and affordability in mind, these lab grown diamonds match the mined diamonds in all their physical and chemical properties at a much lesser price, certified by trusted bodies like GIA, IGI, SGL, etc. across the globe.

And at the Milan launch, creations from each of the three categories were presented under the theme of ‘The Essence of You’, a concept that intertwines the internal transformation of the self with the outer brilliance of diamonds. Classic solitaires were coupled with custom creations, through nine jewellery designs. Each of these told a delightful story as its inspiration: the happy dance of the peacock as it smells the rain; the movement of water in its many forms; how our clothes move as we manifest happiness; the wave of the sari; or how we twirl when we express joy.

The handcrafted bags, meanwhile, were a modern take on the classic batua and its many iterations. These modern designs by Sennes are a representation of how we carry our world within our bags, and each of them boasts a mother-of-pearl shell clasp along with the brand’s understated logo.

And, finally, the alchemy of fragrance was showcased in Sennes’ perfume line, blending notes like Neroli, Mandarin, and Green Stem to create an olfactory treat. Each fragrance is housed in silver bottles for men and golden bottles for women, with crystal caps.

But luxury, as you’d agree, is a treat to all the senses, and at the launch, this was encapsulated with sound. All the different rooms played curated binaural music with healing and calming frequencies, and there was even a meditative zone created with the diamond and chakra theme projected on a wall for a completely immersive, sensorial experience.
